Our Equality Objectives Plan
Aim: To ensure that the school environment represents our awareness and understanding of cultural diversity, allowing for the children to be exposed to new ideas and experiences. We are committed to ensuring equality of education and opportunity for staff, pupils and all those receiving services from the school, irrespective of gender, disability, ethnicity, religion, belief /faith background or sexual identity.
Plan: During this year we will bringing in more resources to the school that will create an environment where by it allows for children, parents and staff to recognise and respect the existence of a variety of cultural and ethical groups within the society that we all live. Through supporting each other and learning together we can build on our existing values. We believe that diversity is a strength, which should be respected and celebrated by all those who learn, teach and visit our school.
